that gleam should be going way faster... D: Darn you photoshop! Because I love OS. not Fan Characters as much,.. but Original Characters i'm a huge supporter. I'll devulge all the information about your OC From your if i want, a victim of this would be: 's Demetri. and Even though they would be considered FCs. - I Love them! I wish some one loved my OCs like i love everyone else's! To support some ones characters is to support the creator! C : Thats what I feel anyway, I can't use the stamp because i don't have a membership anymore, but I still wanted to make it!
Saw your comment, thought I'd reply A fan character is a character you make for something else (example, my fan character "MG" is in the Star Trek fandom-- she wears the uniform and I roleplay her as if she were actually on the show) an original character is one that doesn't belong to a TV show, video game, book, anything else, you just created them. (My OC "Kazu" is original, he doesn't belong to Star Trek, he has his own story lol ) Hope the examples helped
I love making OCs! I like making OCs more than FCs though, because with an FC, there's limitations on your character- in the Death Note universe, it would be very unlikely to have a character with a Tron-like bodysuit. In the Invader ZIM universe, it wouldn't work if there were fairies. And the list continues. But OCs- THEY'RE SO FUN!!! You can do whatever you want with them.
My OCs are my babies. I just want to pinch their cheeks and huggle them to death. The sad irony is that I like to make their lives a living hell, too...
I just LOVE seeing other people's OCs too. It's so much fun meeting the characters who live in other people's heads.
BTW, I am a noob, so what is the difference between a fan-character and a original character?
